I specialize in representing clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within Kerrville, and Kerr County (Ingram, Hunt, Center Point, & Harper). Personal
Both parents were native Texans, but I was born & raised in Southern California. I have been licensed since 1973 and have been a full-time agent in Kerrville since 1986. Having owned and managed rental property for over 30 years, I know how to save you the headaches of being a "Landlord". Having designed & built my dream home and some spec homes, I can also assist you in making your dream home a reality. Having studied interior design & architecture, I enjoy putting my knowledge to use in re-doing homes. An added service for my clients is suggesting ideas to help to resolve "design flaws" so you can reap the benefits of my experience to help you make the best use of your investment.

My time off is spent fixing up properties, doing family activities with my Husband and 3 children at home or swimming, canoeing, camping, fishing, or church related activities and volunteering with other various organizations like Homes for Habitat, Lions Club, Toys for Tots, etc. Current hobbies of mine include making crafts like beaded necklaces, building fountains/waterfalls, playing Pinochle, designing homes to be built someday, and helping my clients fix up their properties.
